KONUŞMAYA BAŞLAMAK:

- Hello!   - Good Morning (Afternoon,Evening)!

 GÖRÜŞÜLECEK KİŞİYİ İSTEMEK:

-I’d like to speak to Peter Thompson please!

-Is Peter there please?

-May I speak with Ms. Jones please?

-This is Ahmet Şanlı, could I speak to  Rody Brown please?

- This is Ahmet Şanlı from Kar Textile Company, could I speak to  Rody Brown please?

- I wonder if I could speak to Ms. Jones please?

-Is Mr. Brown in today?

-I’m trying to get in touch with Mr. Thompson.Is he available?

-Is that Mr. Thompson?

-Can I speak to Ms. Wen please?

 ARAYANI CEVAPLAMAK:

-Who’s calling please?

-Can I help you?

- How can I help you?

- Just a moment please!

- Hold the line please! ( Bekleyin!)

-I’m just putting you through..(Bağlıyorum!)

-Hold on! ( Hang on!) ( Bekleyin!)

-Hang up! ( Ring off!) ( Kapatın!)

- I’ll call you back!

-Could I have your telephone number please?

 -I’d like to speak to Peter Thompson please!

-Just a second, I’ll see if he’s in. 

 -Is Mr. Brown in today?

-I’m sorry. He is not in today. Can I take a message?

 -This is Ahmet Şanlı, could I speak to  Rody Brown please?

-I’m sorry.But Rody is not here at the moment. Can I help you?

- I wonder if I could speak to Ms. Jones please?

-I’m sorry she’s out for lunch.

 -I’m trying to get in touch with Mr. Thompson.Is he available?

-Sorry.He’s just left.Do you have a message for him?

MÜSAİT DEĞİLSENİZ:

-Hello Mr. Can ! Can we talk about our previous order?
